The TURBO SKIFF SL, with its outstanding look, and the TURBO II with its shockproof polyethylene hull have many things in common. Both are sea going skiffs, both are able to achieve performances which were, until now, only reachable with competition crafts that can’t be used on the sea nor be put on a car top. The TURBOS are unsinkable and self bailing : they can be managed by a beginner with only little practice. The secret of their stability is the so-called “WING SYSTEM”, which is a sliding wing rigger linked to the foot-stretcher instead of the usual sliding seat with fix riggers (found on the “Turbo Classic”). The movement of the rower is still the same, but the hull pitching disappears while the glide gets smoother.
