Order Payment:

Domestic orders and shipments may be paid for by Discover Card , VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfer or Check. (Personal Checks may delay shipment).

International Orders and shipments may be paid for by Discover Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Wire Transfer. GLMS reserves the right to decline to fulfill any order placed with a credit card at its sole discretion.  If this is done we will offer the option to make payment via a wire transfer.  If payment is made using a wire transfer, your order will ship after we have received this transfer in our account.

Computers, Computer Accessories and Marine and Consumer Electronics paid for by Discover Card, VISA, MasterCard or American Express will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card.

 

30 Day Guarantee:

All purchases from GLMS are backed by our 30-Day Guarantee against defects or by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a defect with a software purchase, we’ll gladly exchange the software upon receipt of the defective item (less shipping costs).

Defects with hardware products will be repaired or exchanged at GLMS’s option. Or, if the product is under a manufacturer’s warranty, GLMS will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to have warranty work performed.

 

Returns or Custom Order Cancellations

All merchandise returned to GLMS must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) obtained from GLMS and be returned with in 30 days of the date of shipment, except as noted below. All returned merchandise must include all manuals; software and hardware; must be returned in their original boxes; shipment prepaid (no CODs accepted), insured and properly packaged. The returned merchandise must be in “like new” condition. Unauthorized or incomplete returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Customized products (i.e. Argonaut Computer Products, Tactronics Displays, Boat Cradles) are not returnable. Once a customized product is ordered, cancellation of the order after two days of the order placement will require a payment of 25% of the ordered and cancelled item(s), unless the order cancellation is due to an error by GLMS. Other non customized computers, laptops and computer displays can be returned up to 10 days from date of shipment and are subject to all other return policies including a minimum 25% restocking fee. GLMS reserves the right to refuse for return, unauthorized, damaged or incomplete returns. There are no refunds for opened software.

Policies, item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors on this web site. The actual price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. If the price is higher than what was shown on our web site, we will notify of this prior to the shipment of your order so that you have the opportunity to cancel your order, if you choose to do so due to a price increase.   All prices are in USD.

GLMS reserves the right to make final decisions as to the method in which an order is shipped.  It is possible that this may differ from the method selected at time of order.
